Who doesn’t love flowers? This workshop will focus on drawing realistic images of flowers from observation using colored pencil and watercolor. Working from real flowers allows you to explore the colors, shapes, and beauty that nature provides. Participants will begin by rendering contour line drawings that can be enhanced with watercolor, if desired. Taught by artist Marisa Keris, an alumna of Rhode Island School of Design and owner of Farmer Lady Flowers.
Adult students of any artistic level are welcome.
Supplies and a variety of flowers will be provided.
